The portfolio is largely located in Skäggetorp but also in other areas around Linköping. As a Technical Property Manager, you will work across our entire portfolio. You will be welcomed to a team of about 20 colleagues consisting of a property manager, property administrators, assistant administrators, and caretakers. Together we work purposefully as a team to develop our areas both economically and socially. About the Role As a Technical Property Manager, your focus will be on well-being and long-term sustainable properties. You will be responsible for ensuring that our portfolio is maintained and developed cost-effectively and with quality operations. As a technical support to the property management, the role will involve carrying out several projects in our portfolio. An important part will be to, from your holistic perspective, assess which measures will provide the greatest benefit in achieving our business goals. As a Technical Property Manager, you will work closely with property administrators and caretakers as well as with internal specialists in operations and energy. Examples of work tasks: Damage management, plan and conduct minor projects Plan and conduct minor projects in operations Media monitoring and operational measures regarding deviations in heating, ventilation, hot water, etc. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, plan and budget for measures Improve and optimize the area's properties regarding heating, water, and electricity Support and train our caretakers in operations Your Profile We are looking for you with relevant post-secondary education in e.g. operations, property technology, or management, or equivalent work experience. To get into the role well, we see that you have several years of work experience that has given you knowledge in operations technology and project management. You have an understanding of the whole in property management, which helps you prioritize and make the best decisions based on the situation. The role also requires that you have a driver's license. We are looking for a team player who enjoys challenges and is motivated by being able to make a difference within your areas—maintenance, operations, and energy.
