Welcome to Finspång Health Center where you'll work in a development-focused practice with the patient at the center. Our Offer Primary Care Center Östergötland consists of 33 region-operated health centers, Finspång Health Center, Child Health Care Unit, 1177 and on-call centers evenings and weekends, and General Medicine Training Center. We conduct broad primary care services where we offer care to everyone throughout life; newborns, children, adolescents, adults, elderly, and patients in end-of-life care. Finspång Health Center has approximately 20,800 registered patients in a mixed population and about 100 permanent staff members. In addition to the core health center assignment, the operations also include an on-call center, a smaller clinic assignment, and a branch in Rejmyre. The health center is in a development phase where staffing is being strengthened and operational development is underway in many areas. Since 2025, the health centers in Skärblacka and Finspång are one combined unit. The operations have just over 130 employees in total and currently collaborate at both management and staff levels. Job Description As a licensed physician/junior physician, you work with clinical consultations where you meet patients with both acute conditions and patients who come to the clinic for scheduled visits for follow-up or annual check-ups, for example. The physician group at the health center has close collaboration with each other and structured meeting times. We prioritize our physician meetings for medical questions, development, and learning.
