The position is full-time. A probationary employment period applies for the first 6 months. Job Description Work as a teacher for grades 4-6. You will be part of a teaching team for grades 4-6 and a subject team in Science. Your work includes planning, implementing, and following up on your teaching based on LGR22. You also have a mentorship role, which means you have overall responsibility for students' academic development. You maintain close dialogue with students' guardians and conduct development meetings. You have a Swedish teacher's degree with certification in all 4 Science subjects, and Swedish teacher certification. You have clear pedagogical insight and the ability to implement curriculum goals in your work. You demonstrate clear leadership and are confident in your student groups. You are flexible, structured, and well-prepared. You are a present and engaged educator who challenges and stimulates students toward development. A strong belief in collaboration as a success factor for pedagogical development is self-evident for you. You have direct and humble communication with guardians and build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You should be positive and collaborative and ready to join an international team. In your role you teach in Swedish. Among colleagues we speak Swedish/English.
