As a training director with us, you will work with education in healthcare and care within Vocational Higher Education. About the Position Education Management: Planning, scheduling, student recruitment, following process descriptions and quality management systems, environmental monitoring, industry contacts, management group work, and work-based learning procurement. Administrative tasks: Grade reporting, maintaining contact with authorities, and administering in our student platform. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who, together with the responsible teachers, can drive our education programs forward. You have knowledge within the industry, either through work experience, studies, or personal interest. You work independently and proactively in close collaboration with other colleagues. You have upper secondary education You have very good IT skills and learn new systems easily You are an experienced school administrator You are an experienced communicator, both verbally and in writing You are driven, responsible, independent, and flexible You are outgoing, enjoy speaking in front of people, and create new contacts You have experience from vocational higher education Training director education Meritorious Experience working as a training director within Vocational Higher Education How we recruit We strive for diversity in terms of gender, age, and cultural background. Other information Start date By agreement Location Linköping (the office is centrally located) Extent Full-time Employment type The position is a permanent employment with mandatory 6-month probation. Travel is included in the position approximately 3 times/month – overnight stays occur. Travel is related to teaching taking place in other locations as well as meetings within the organization.
