DUTIES We are looking for someone who wants to take on the task of leading and developing the personnel function and who wants to be the driving force in strategic personnel work. As HR Manager, you will coordinate the development of goals and strategies within the personnel area, so that they support the agency's mission and vision. You will have a central role in developing the agency's employer policies and strategic cooperation with labor organizations.
