The Dependency Team is a regional team linked to psychiatric inpatient care at Department 7 in Sundsvall. The team functions as a link between psychiatric inpatient, intermediate, and outpatient care, primary care, municipalities, health and medical services, and assists all actors with consultative support and serves as a knowledge center. The team plans care before, during, and after inpatient care and constitutes an important link in the care chain for the individual. About the Operation MAVA/Cardiac Unit in Örnsköldsvik is part of Primary Care North and offers an exciting combination of cardiology and medical acute care. Here you will meet patients with acute conditions requiring rapid assessments, good care, and close collaboration between different professions. We work in multiprofessional teams consisting of doctors, nurses, and nursing assistants. Together you will be responsible for 5-6 patients, which creates excellent conditions for person-centered care, close collaboration, and continuous learning. You will receive a secure introduction with a two-week onboarding period where you will gradually enter into the work. During your initial period, you will also complete internal training, including A-HLR, ProACT, and practical sessions at KTC adapted to the operation. Monitoring patients' condition through NEWS controls and vital parameters. Blood draws and blood cultures. Catheter insertion. Wound dressing changes and other care according to patient needs. The Personnel Unit, consisting of 23 employees, is organized into an HR group and a payroll group and is part of the Support and Governance division. The unit provides support functions to the agency's managers. Within HR, we work both strategically and operatively with strategic competency management, labor law and agreement interpretation, work environment and equal treatment, recruitment, statistics, data analysis, and payroll administration. The unit's employees are located in Härnösand, Örebro, and Gothenburg. We are now seeking an HR Manager to be based in Härnösand or Örebro. DUTIES We are looking for someone who wants to take on the task of leading and developing the personnel function and who wants to be the driving force in strategic personnel work. As HR Manager, you will coordinate the development of goals and strategies within the personnel area, so that they support the agency's mission and vision. You will have a central role in developing the agency's employer policies and strategic cooperation with labor organizations.
