The position is full-time with start date by agreement. Job Responsibilities As unit manager, you report directly to the operations manager and are part of the regional clinic's management team. You are responsible, at the unit level, for: Work environment Personnel Budget You are also expected to have a holistic view of the clinic's operations. The work requires good collaboration and cooperation with other units within the clinic, other operations within the region, and other societal stakeholders. In your role as unit manager, you shall: Lead the unit's development and quality work Participate in planning and follow-up of operations Through openness and dialogue, you drive long-term work and thereby achieve good results.
