About the Operation Local Healthcare Area North encompasses the hospital in Örnsköldsvik and six regionally-operated health centers. The area also has one private healthcare center and one municipal operation. The Local Healthcare Area has approximately 530 employees and two operations managers. The Hematology and Nephrology Department in Örnsköldsvik is one of three medical departments and belongs to Local Healthcare Area North. The department has specialist expertise in hematology and nephrology care. We are now expanding our operations and seeking four nursing assistants/care assistants who want to help develop our care together with us. As a new member of our team, you will receive an individually tailored introduction by experienced nursing assistants on the department. We offer individual salary setting and shift preferences. Together we work to provide patients with safe care and good treatment. We hope that YOU will become part of our team. You must be able to work day, evening, and weekend shifts. We work 2 out of 5 weekends. We appreciate that you work flexibly and independently in collaboration with patients and colleagues, and that you promote teamwork and positive patient interactions. We are now seeking four nursing assistants/care assistants for our team. These are permanent full-time positions with a start date by agreement. Duties Blood draws Monitoring Wound care and dressing changes General patient care Participation in patients' planned rehabilitation Documentation Qualifications We are looking for you if you: Are a trained nursing assistant, or are studying to become a physician or nurse and have completed semester 4. If you are studying to become a nurse through Umeå University, completed semester 3 is sufficient for this position.
