Nursing Assistant/Residential Care Assistant
In the heart of Visby, our operations are located – residential care facility at Fältgatan 77 and dementia care facility at Fältgatan 75. Here, nursing assistants, residential care assistants, and nurses work together to provide safe and personalized care around the clock, with a physician on-site once a week. The work team has broad experience and close collaboration. Fältgatan 77 has 27 apartments distributed across three floors, with one unit adapted for individuals with dementia. Fältgatan 75 has three floors with eight apartments per floor and is entirely focused on dementia care. Your primary placement will be at Fältgatan 77. At the same time, we work closely between the two facilities, which means that if needed, you may also work at Fältgatan 75, for example during scheduled shifts. The Quality and Development Unit consists of six development managers, one medical responsible for rehabilitation (MAR) and one medical responsible nurse (MAS). The Department for Regional Development is responsible for regional planning, management, governance and monitoring with a focus on socially, environmentally and economically sustainable development. The department is part of the regional government administration and consists of five units. The unit for societal planning is one of them and leads and drives development in areas such as energy transition, rural development, communications, spatial planning and housing supply.
