We are now seeking an engaged ST doctor in general medicine who wants to become part of our competent and welcoming team. At our workplace, you will find a good atmosphere, short decision-making paths, and genuine commitment to both patients and employees.
About the Position
As an ST doctor with us, you will have a varied and educational daily routine within primary care's broad activities. You will work closely with an experienced and multidisciplinary team consisting of:
Five specialist doctors in general medicine
Three ST doctors
District nurses and nurses
Nursing assistants
Counsellors (CBT and psychologist)
We offer structured specialist training with regular supervision, a good educational climate, and strong support from experienced colleagues. Here you will have the best conditions to develop in your professional role and reach your goal of becoming a specialist in general medicine.
Your work will include scheduled patient visits, clinic work, and treatment with responsibility for your own patients. On-call and standby duties are part of the position.

Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who:
Holds Swedish medical license
Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Has a genuine interest in people and primary care
Is communicative, pedagogical, and collaboration-oriented
Comfortable with responsibility and independent work in a varied daily routine
