Through structured business development methodology based on close and engaged business coaching, and a well-established network of capital, business contacts, and top expertise, LEAD has demonstrated significant impact. LEAD works with approximately 45 companies employing around 80-100 people based at the incubator in Linköping and Norrköping, and a network of about 70 alumni companies that together generate nearly 2.9 billion SEK in revenue. LEAD offers a varied and exciting environment where you have the opportunity to try new things and be surrounded by driven people. What Is It Like to Work at LEAD? We naturally have project plans, weekly meetings, deadlines, and employee conversations—everything a modern workplace offers. But two things make working with us special: You gain insight into the future. At LEAD, we move among innovators, entrepreneurs, researchers, and experts in various fields. Here you are impressed daily by technological development. Our facilities in Linköping and Norrköping Science Parks are open and modern, and our coffee machine is a gathering point for inspiring meetings. You will have engaged and driven colleagues. We are passionate about helping companies reach their goals and visions. Our focus is on commercializing new technology and research, and that requires both passion and humility. Innovation is at the heart of everything we do! We enable new technology to become successful companies and reach the market. We continuously test, evaluate, and adapt our methods to create value. Lean startup methodology and continuous improvement permeate our work. At LEAD, you have great freedom to plan your tasks, which also means responsibility. This sets demands, but also offers the opportunity for personal and professional development. Here you get the chance to dare to try new things and contribute to future innovations. Application Process If you have questions about the position or the recruitment process, please contact responsible recruiter Lena Johansson 013-473 20 63 or [email protected].
