As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and developing IT service delivery within your area of responsibility. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues, project managers, service owners, and other parts of the customer's IT organization to ensure that services and deliverables meet business needs.
You will contribute with structure, a holistic perspective, and a proactive approach to create stable and efficient service delivery. The role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to build and maintain good relationships with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and follow up on IT deliverables within your area of responsibility.
Support the service owner in budget work and cost tracking.
Ensure that operational activities are carried out according to agreements, contracts, and business needs.
Identify risks, deviations, and areas for improvement, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
Coordinate maintenance and management activities to ensure stable service delivery.
Follow up on and report on service quality, cost, performance, and delivery capability.
Collaborate with colleagues, business areas, and other stakeholders to ensure well-functioning delivery.
Contribute to the development and improvement of work methods, processes, and services within the area.
Your Background
Experience planning, coordinating, and following up on deliverables.
Experience with budget tracking or financial follow-up in collaboration with the responsible service owner.
Ability to identify risks and drive improvement initiatives.
Experience coordinating activities between multiple stakeholders and functions.
Experience with agile work methods and methodologies.
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Ability to work in a structured manner, relationship-focused, and with a collaborative mindset.
Requirements
At least 4-8 years of deep/high competence within the area.
Relevant education or work experience in technology, IT, or project management.
Enjoy collaborating with others and have strong communication skills.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Work in a structured manner and enjoy coordinating and creating context.
