Monitor and inform about changes, and interpret laws and regulations within the KMA area. · Drive and support operations in work with occupational health plans, risk assessments, and company-internal instructions, as well as in investigations of accidents, near-misses, and risk observations. · Drive improvement work and follow-ups with customers together with relevant employees. · Handle administration within the KMA area, update and maintain templates, supporting documents, and internal guidelines. · Develop KMA training. · Be out in the field together with our employees. · Contribute to HR work. We Are Looking for Someone Who: · Has relevant post-secondary education in KMA. · Has education and/or deep knowledge of legislation regarding quality, environment, and occupational health, and ISO certification. · Has at least three years of experience in a similar position. It is advantageous if you have experience from the industry and its agreements. · It is advantageous if you have experience combining KMA with HR matters. · Has good knowledge in quality, environmental, occupational health, health, improvement, and safety work. · Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. If you speak Russian or Finnish, we consider that advantageous. · Has a class B driver's license. · Has good computer skills (Office suite). We consider it advantageous if you have knowledge of the IA system. About the Role As a temporary substitute in the Social Services Department, you will work the hours needed when regular staff are absent. Services are provided 24/7, every day of the year, to people who need support in their daily lives. The Social Services Department operates within: Home Care – home services. Care and Support – elderly care. Support Services – disabilities and psychiatry. Responsibilities You work according to the client's implementation plan. Your tasks will vary, and you must always provide good care and support based on individual needs. Many of our workplaces require staff to have medication delegation. You will receive training that is both practical and digital. You will document in the client's records according to the Social Services Act. You will use the Time Care Pool system where you manage your own availability and receive work requests accordingly. Qualifications You should be genuinely interested in working with people and able to provide professional treatment characterized by empathy and respect for the client. As a temporary substitute, it is important that you are flexible, responsible, and reliable for both clients and regular staff. We value good teamwork and a positive attitude.
