Länsförsäkringar Norrbotten is now seeking a security technician based in Gällivare. As a security technician, you work from home and visit customers throughout Gällivare, Kiruna, Pajala, and Övertorneå. You'll have your own company car and work with great autonomy and responsibility. The role combines simple installations with customer interaction and sales, where you'll be an important representative for LF Norrbotten's alarm and security services.

Responsibilities
As a security technician, you'll meet customers at scheduled appointments to install and service alarm products. You'll work with documentation and installation of alarm components based on each customer's individual needs.
During customer visits, you'll review the alarm system with the customer, introduce LF Norrbotten's app, and ensure they feel confident with their services. You'll also identify customer needs and suggest additional products and services to strengthen their protection.
Customer meetings are characterized by expertise, trust, and high-quality service.
You'll receive comprehensive training with both theoretical and practical components, followed by field training with an experienced colleague. You don't need to know the job from the start.
After training, you'll work independently with:
Commissioning new alarm systems
Servicing existing installations
Assisting and guiding customers in their security solutions
You'll work from home and have your own company car. You work independently visiting LF Norrbotten customers throughout Norrbotten, giving you a varied workday with lots of customer contact and autonomy. Business travel with overnight stays may occur.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
We place great importance on your personality and are primarily seeking someone who is social, reliable, and self-motivated. You enjoy working independently and feel comfortable meeting new people. You're practical and have no problem with basic tools and assembly. You don't need a technical background or alarm experience – the right personality and willingness to learn are more important. Experience with customer service, service, or sales is a plus. Most importantly, you're responsible, solution-oriented, and can drive your work forward on your own.
Position Requirements
Valid B-category driver's license for manual transmission vehicles
Fluent Swedish, spoken and written
