About the Role:
Bilbolaget is looking for someone with a genuine interest in auto painting and a desire to grow in the profession. Training or previous work experience in the field is a merit, but not a requirement. What matters most is your interest, commitment, and willingness to learn – you'll have the opportunity to develop and receive training on-site.
Your responsibilities will include:
Perform preparation work for painting, such as sanding, filling, and masking.
Paint passenger cars and vehicle parts according to work orders and applicable quality standards.
Perform color analysis, color mixing, and color matching.
Repair plastic parts through methods such as gluing and plastic welding.
Conduct and document quality control before and after completing work.
Record working hours, surcharges, and any discrepancies in relevant systems.
Collaborate with damage assessors, repair technicians, and other colleagues.
Order and follow up on material, spare parts, and consumables needs.
Maintain order, upkeep, and care of your workplace, equipment, and tools.
Work safely and use personal protective equipment according to applicable procedures.
Working hours are daytime, Monday-Friday 7-16. Flexible working hours Monday-Thursday may be possible in consultation with your immediate supervisor.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
Is a trained auto painter or has equivalent work experience.
Holds a B driver's license (required)
Is meticulous and quality-conscious
Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
Has a positive and service-oriented approach to work
