At the regional level, we also have inpatient care with an emergency team, eating disorder unit, family therapy unit, and One Way In. The operations work with diagnostics and treatment at a specialist level and are characterized by high clinical competence, a professional environment, and close collaboration with care partners, regional partners, and municipal services. About the Operation Your placement is within BUP's inpatient care, Unit 68, which has four beds. The unit is a shared resource for all of Dalarna and is tasked with working on acute situations and shorter admissions. The child or young person has a guardian with them on the unit, and we work actively with the family and their network. We actively work to develop and improve the quality of our unit. Currently, exciting development work is underway on Unit 68, where we are implementing the psychiatric care models Safewards and Meaningful Inpatient Care - an initiative that encompasses all inpatient psychiatry in Region Dalarna. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, Monday to Friday between 8-17 with the possibility of flexible hours if operations allow. Region Dalarna provides wellness benefits of 2000 kr per year. Job Responsibilities As a coordinator, you work in a team and in close collaboration with other professions such as nursing assistants, care workers, nurses, psychologists, and doctors. The work is characterized by commitment and attentiveness, with the child/young person always in focus. As a coordinator, you have an important role in the care process and planning for each patient. The role includes a coordinating function. You will work with parent meetings, family meetings, and patient meetings as well as participate in team work. You will also participate in network and SIP meetings where an important task becomes contact with care partners and other collaborators such as social services and schools. As a new employee, you will be offered an individually adapted orientation schedule and continuous supervision. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a Licensed Health and Social Care Coordinator, preferably with Level 1 with a focus on family or other relevant focus that the employer deems equivalent.
