About the Operations As part of strengthening healthcare and optimizing resource use at Falun Hospital, the goal is to create an integrated pre- and postoperative unit where all patients scheduled for surgery at the Central Operating Theater or ENT operations are gathered in one place to ensure high-quality and safe care before and after surgery. The unit will be open Monday-Friday, 7 AM-8 PM. This includes patients from the Surgery, Orthopedic, and ENT Clinics. The preoperative unit, together with the postoperative unit, will be part of the OR/Anesthesia/ICU clinic, which also includes the ICU, Day Surgery, Central Operating Theater, Anesthesia Clinic, and Sterilization Central. We're now looking for nursing assistants who want to be part of our newly launched preoperative unit. With us, you'll have an important role in preparing patients for surgery within surgery, orthopedic, and ENT clinics. You'll be part of a team where the patient is always at the center, and where we together create safe, secure, and well-planned care before surgery. You will also take turns with other nursing assistants managing the reception. Qualifications Requirements: - Nursing Assistant with several years of experience - Some experience with monitoring vital functions Meritorious: - Experience from pre- or postoperative work Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
