We are now looking for an area-responsible property technician specializing in white goods to join us at Gamla Byn AB in Avesta. About the role As a property technician with us, you work with troubleshooting, repair and service of white goods in our properties. You have a mobile and independent job with great personal responsibility, where you plan your assigned area, order materials and ensure that work is carried out efficiently and with high quality. You will meet many of our tenants in their homes. Therefore, we see that you have good social skills and are attentive, respectful and trustworthy in your interactions with other people. In this role, you are not just someone who solves technical problems, you also contribute to safety, good service and a functioning everyday life for our tenants.
