Strategy Leader - Data and Analytics

Do you want to lead Kronofogden's journey toward a data-driven public agency? About the Role Kronofogden's goal is for our collective information to be used as a shared asset across the entire organization, including for analysis, management, development, and sharing with others. To become a more efficient agency and achieve the development we want, we need to work in a more data-driven manner. This requires order and structure in information management, an achievable plan for developing new capabilities, and a focus on early operational value. We have some analytical capability today, but the potential is far from being fully utilized, and work with data and analytics is in a development phase. We are therefore looking for a person who can be the agency's central figure for developing data and analytics capability and driving work with the new architecture. You will help shape how we organize ourselves, what competencies we develop, and how we work. Your task will be to develop, drive forward, and coordinate data and analytics capability across functions. This means close collaboration with core operations to understand needs, establish direction, and build understanding of what a data-driven approach means in practice. It also involves collaboration with our IT department on technical platforms and with our analysis unit on needs related to analysis and statistics. You will also collaborate with roles in IT development, the business's information owners, and external stakeholders. This new role is placed in the agency's architecture unit. It combines a clear mandate to lead and advance the data and analytics area with strategic architecture work.
