About the Job As a Scrum Master at Kronofogden IT, you will lead one or more teams or split your time working as a Scrum Master while contributing other skills to the team, such as development and/or test automation. You will work closely with your delivery manager and product owner to ensure the right results. Example of responsibilities as a Scrum Master: Coach and support your team members Responsible for visualizing team progress, tracking sprint results, and supporting and ensuring that the team reaches its goals while helping remove obstacles along the way. Responsible for conducting agile "ceremonies" (dailies, sprint retrospectives, planning, demos, etc.) Administer Jira for the team, ensure the team is working on the highest priorities during the sprint Main responsibility for the team's agile development and lead the team's improvement and efficiency work Responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining the agile process in the team Capture and handle obstacles and work to support the team in daily work Requirements breakdown, development, and/or test automation About You As an employee at Kronofogden, you are expected to uphold our employee policy. Your leadership is characterized by a desire to drive and lead your team to create value for the agency. We're looking for someone who has: At least 3 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master within the last 5 years At least 3 years of professional experience leading teams working in parallel with system development and maintenance within the last 5 years Professional experience leading and coaching employees in an IT organization Professional experience with agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Professional experience working with agile tools such as Jira At least 3 years of professional experience developing and documenting test cases At least 3 years of professional experience within the last 5 years working with SQL databases At least 2 years of professional experience testing web-based systems built on Angular and .Net Strong verbal and written skills in Swedish and English Education at least at upper secondary level It is advantageous if you have: At least 2 years of professional experience with structured exploratory testing A Scrum Master certification Experience leading distributed teams Professional experience with automated testing Professional experience with CI/CD About Us Kronofogden is a government agency with an important mission.
