It is located in an archipelago setting centrally on Djurö. * Gustavsgården is a municipal specialized residential facility situated in pleasant surroundings in central Gustavsberg. It has 101 apartments. Both facilities have both somatic and dementia care services. Your Assignment As a nurse, you play an important role in coordinating and planning elderly residents' healthcare needs. You work in a team with nursing assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, and supervise care personnel. You collaborate with the responsible physician, family members/next of kin, benefit case workers, and other stakeholders. Your Experience We seek a licensed nurse who can work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
