About the Position
Meliva Health Center Bagarmossen is a well-functioning health center with broad primary care services. Doctors, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, and psychologists work closely together to meet our patients' needs in the best way possible. Our daily work is characterized by collegial support, continuous development, and high patient safety.
As a nurse with us, you work with typical primary care tasks including telephone advice, clinic work, and digital patient meetings. The work includes both acute and scheduled visits as well as collaboration with home care services when needed.
Duties may include:
Assessment and advice via telephone, chat, and video meeting
Own clinic with scheduled and acute patient visits
Wound care, vaccinations, lifestyle counseling, and chronic disease coordination
Collaboration with other professionals in the team for comprehensive care
Active participation in quality and improvement work

We Are Looking for Someone Who:
Is a licensed nurse, preferably with primary care experience
Is confident in your professional role and has a good ability to independently assess patient needs
Has good communication skills, is empathetic, and treats patients professionally
Is organized and responsible, but also flexible and solution-oriented
Enjoys teamwork and contributes to a good work climate
Is interested in participating in business development and digital care forms
Meritorious: experience with TakeCare, home care, vaccinations, or health conversations.
