We are now recruiting a registered nurse or district nurse for home care at Bollmora Health Center, located in the heart of Tyresö centrum. Together, we are approximately 50 employees working at Bollmora Health Center. With us, you will find district nurses, registered nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, receptionists, podiatrists, specialist physicians in general medicine, resident physicians, a psychosocial team, and well-functioning Rehabilitation, Child Health Clinic (BVC), and home care services. Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a colleague for our home care team, which currently consists of registered nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, and specialist physicians. We can offer varied work with personal responsibility and good, close collaboration with other team members. Examples of what you will help patients with include: administering medications, injections, distributing pre-packaged medications (APO-dos), wound dressing, nutrition via feeding tube, blood sampling, blood pressure monitoring, applying compression bandages on legs, etc. As a registered nurse, it is important to be able to identify changes in a patient's status, evaluate them, and report to the rest of the team. We document in Take Care. We also collaborate with family members, municipal services, and inpatient care, which are other important care actors around the patient. Qualifications: Requirements: - Licensed registered nurse - Category B driver's license - No serious allergies to cats, dogs, or caged birds Meriting: - Previous experience in primary care and/or home care. You need to work well collaboratively but also be able to take independent responsibility. You should be service-oriented and able to provide "that little extra" to the patients you meet.
