In fall 2026/early 2027, we will open the doors to a brand new residential home for children and young adults, LSS 9:8, in Kumla! Requirements for employment are that you have experience with children and youth within the LSS target group, experience as a leader/manager (at least 2 years), and the right education (at least 3.5 years of higher education studies in the field). This is a requirement to hold the license issued by IVO (Inspektionen för vård och omsorg). As unit manager, you are thus the license holder/director for the unit and have full responsibility for personnel, work environment, and budget. Your responsibility includes coaching staff members and providing support in daily operations.
