We look forward to receiving your application! About the Position Professionals Nord is seeking, in collaboration with Legosan, a Qualified Person (QP). Legosan is a Swedish company that develops and manufactures dietary supplements and pharmaceuticals with high quality requirements and a strong focus on sustainability, quality, and customer value. This is a direct recruitment, which means the recruitment process is handled through Professionals Nord and you will be employed directly by Legosan. The role involves close collaboration with multiple parts of the organization and active work to develop and ensure effective quality processes. Your main responsibilities include: • Responsible for and ensure GMP compliance • Review and release of batch documentation • Maintenance and further development of the company's quality system • Management of deviations, CAPA, and change requests • Planning, implementation, and monitoring of internal and external audits • Development and updating of governing documents, procedures, and processes • Provide qualified support to the organization on quality and regulatory matters About You • You have relevant academic education in pharmacy, chemistry, chemical engineering, or another natural science field that meets the requirements to serve as a Qualified Person • You have experience from the pharmaceutical industry and work in GMP-regulated operations • You have experience in quality work, QA, validation, and production • You have a very good understanding of regulatory requirements and quality systems • You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is an advantage if you have previous experience working as a QP or batch release, but we also welcome you if you have the right educational background and experience to develop into the role.
