At FMV's test facility in Karlsborg, you will lead the development of measurement and communication solutions that are critical for testing and verification of advanced defense equipment. About the position In this role, you will become an important part of FMV's verification and validation (VoV) activities and contribute to ensuring that equipment and capabilities meet the Swedish Armed Forces' requirements. About the Swedish Prison and Probation Service (Kriminalvården) Kriminalvården is growing – we are building new facilities, renovating, and expanding, and we are now seeking more employees. Job Description As an important part of the work to prevent recidivism and work according to Kriminalvården's vision of "Better Out," extensive program activities are conducted for clients, with the majority in group programs. The treatment programs are manual-based and conducted with high quality and according to evidence-based practice principles. They are primarily based on cognitive behavioral therapy and social learning theory. Within the Tidaholm operational area, various programs are conducted that are aimed at clients whose criminal activity is linked to substance abuse and crime. The programs conducted within our operational area include Krimfokus, which is the facility's basic program. We also conduct individual programs such as Oto-Prism with a focus on crime/substance abuse, as well as the relationship violence program Predov. The comprehensive program offering means that you will simultaneously lead several different programs, primarily at the group level. The program leader's main responsibilities are to, together with correctional inspectors and other program leaders, plan, lead, develop, and follow up on program activities at Tidaholm Correctional Facility. Together with other staff, you are responsible for security and order matters during treatment work. Good cooperation with both other program leaders and facility staff is important. The position includes both leading programs and administrative tasks. Work with clients is based on a cognitive approach. As a program leader, you work with group treatment for a number of inmates with emphasis on group process, but also individually depending on which program the client will undergo.
