Snow Removal and Sand Collection Worker
For the upcoming winter season, we are looking for reliable employees to assist with snow removal. The season usually runs from December 1 to the end of March, but we need to be prepared from November 15th due to changing weather conditions. In April, the work involves removing halksand. This is a seasonal position that cannot be extended. Tasks include snow removal with a shovel and sand removal using a blower. The salary is SEK 13,000 per month for 85 working hours, excluding OB compensation. You don't need to be from our field – we'll teach you cable laying. We need someone with years of on-site construction experience, who can organize a workday, and when a subcontractor falls through in the morning, doesn't stop the project but quickly reorganizes work. What you will do: - manage excavation work and cable laying (primarily fiber optic) on job sites in Teplice and Ústí nad Labem districts; - organize daily work for your own crews and subcontractors, quickly replan work if a subcontractor falls through to keep the site moving; - maintain construction logs and photo documentation, monitor schedules, quality, and work safety – all electronically in our internal system, no paperwork; - arrange traffic signage for excavations, site closures and access permits for roads, coordinate with municipalities, authorities, and utility operators regarding permits; - communicate with the investor and technical supervisor.
