Relationship-Building Sales Representative and Enabler
Social Trade is now seeking a key person who wants to be part of developing businesses that create employment, inclusion, and sustainable social development. Social Trade is a sales and marketing cooperative owned by social enterprises in Western Sweden. Since its launch in 2015, we have developed business, marketed, and sold the services and products of our member enterprises to customers throughout the region – everything from cleaning, moving, and garden maintenance to sewing and catering. We are the only sales company of its kind working with work-integrated social enterprises (WISE). When someone buys through us, they contribute to more people moving from exclusion to self-sufficiency – from benefit recipients to taxpayers. This is what we call Business for inclusion. Every business deal should create customer benefit, employee benefit, and social benefit at the same time. About the Role This is not a traditional sales role. The social economy is a sector with tight margins – no one becomes rich here, and the business deals you create are measured as much in social benefit as in kronor. What we are looking for is someone for whom that is precisely the driving force: to see people come closer to employment and to see the member enterprises receive more assignments so they can hire more staff. In the role, you are: a relationship builder and business developer a networker and enabler the spider in the web between customers, the public sector, and social enterprises You will: develop new business opportunities and create more business for our member enterprises create and maintain long-term customer relationships within business and the public sector identify collaborations, agreements, and assignments visit customers, analyze their needs, and match them with the right social enterprise and service contribute to more people getting jobs through socially sustainable business deals Because Social Trade is owned by its member enterprises, the role also involves being close to the cooperative's principals – understanding their capacity, highlighting their offerings, and helping more of them grow. We are Looking for You Who Understand, or want to learn, how work-integrated social enterprises (WISE) function and what they can deliver. You don't need to be an expert from day one, but you must be willing to understand the operations in depth. Are comfortable being alone in the role. You plan your own week, book your own meetings, and contact a customer again even when the first conversation didn't lead anywhere. Can talk to both a procurement officer at a municipality and a work supervisor at a small social enterprise – and adapt yourself to whoever you have in front of you. Are confident enough to make "cold calls" and build new relationships from scratch and don't take rejection personally, and think it's okay that a business deal can take a long time to mature. Are driven by seeing the result at the other end – that a social enterprise received an assignment and could give someone a job. It is a merit if you have contacts within the public sector and business in Western Sweden. Why the Role is Important Every new business deal can create jobs, inclusion, strengthened local economy, and social sustainability – and at the same time make our member enterprises more viable. With us, sales becomes something greater than just business deals. You help people closer to working life. We Offer A meaningful and socially developmental assignment Market-rate salary and orderly employment terms Great freedom and opportunity to influence the role's content A strong network within the social economy and sustainable development in Western Sweden Opportunity to be part of developing future social businesses The position is a permanent employment at 50% that may be expanded in the future as the business develops. We apply a 6-month probationary period. Location The Gothenburg region, with assignments throughout Western Sweden and opportunity for flexibility. Application Send your CV and a short presentation of yourself. Please tell us: why you are applying for the role what networks and experience you bring with you how you view social businesses and inclusion In this recruitment, we have help from our member Coompanion Gothenburg Region. Send your application via email as soon as possible as we use continuous selection and interviews. Social businesses that make a difference – for real. Payroll Administrator
We're growing fast. Now we need you to keep our payroll in order. B. King Koncernen is one of the country's fastest-growing players in fast food. We open and acquire restaurants and have grown from 2 to currently 18 Burger King restaurants in less than two years. We now have approximately 500 employees, and payroll sits in the middle of that growth. Every new restaurant means new employees, new schedules, and new agreements to keep track of. That's where you come in. About the role You'll have primary responsibility for our payroll process, from discrepancy reporting to completed payroll runs. But this isn't a role where you sit alone behind a screen all day. You'll work closely with the management team and play an important role in our continued expansion. The role will be based at our headquarters in the Gothenburg area, but for us it's important that everyone who works with us understands the business. You'll therefore regularly visit our restaurants, follow up on how our procedures actually work in practice, and catch problems before they become payroll errors. You'll also lead training and courses for our restaurant managers on time reporting, scheduling, and collective agreement regulations – so that correct information comes in from the start. In short: you don't just get the payroll right, you make it easier for the entire organization to do the right thing. Your responsibilities You will, among other things: Handle the complete payroll process for our restaurants, including discrepancies, vacation, sick leave, and final pay. Be the person colleagues turn to with questions about payroll, collective agreements, and employment terms. Plan and conduct training and courses for those working in operations. Make site visits to restaurants for follow-up, support, and quality assurance. Contribute to developing and streamlining our payroll and HR procedures as we grow. Experience with industry-specific collective agreements (HRF, Unionen). What we're looking for You have relevant education in payroll (payroll specialist, payroll administrator, or equivalent) and experience working independently with the complete payroll process. You feel confident with collective agreements and the basics of labor law. You're meticulous – in payroll there's no such thing as "approximately" – but you're also someone who enjoys explaining, training, and meeting people. We believe you thrive in an environment that moves quickly, where not everything is fully built out, and where you get to shape how things should work going forward. Merits Experience from the fast food or restaurant industry Class B driver's license Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Experience with Visma Lön 600, AGDA PS, Fortnox, or Quinyx. Don't have everything on the list? Apply anyway. The right person with the right attitude can learn a new system – we place greater emphasis on your drive and willingness to take responsibility. Practical information Scope: Full-time, permanent position with initial probationary period Location: Gothenburg Start date: By agreement Application Send your application or questions about the position to [email protected] by August 9, 2026. We review applications on an ongoing basis and fill the position as soon as we find the right person – so don't wait to apply.
