Kurera Omsorg is seeking engaged and responsible personal assistants for an 8-year-old boy with autism who lives with his mother in Malmö. The boy has extensive support needs and does not communicate verbally. He has personal assistance 24/7, except for the time he spends at school and at short-term care three days per month. As the assistance has recently been expanded to 24/7, we are now building a new assistant team. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of this from the start and help create safe, high-quality, and sustainable assistance for both the child and his family. We are primarily looking for someone who can work morning shifts as well as day and evening shifts. This is a part-time position that can later transition to fixed shifts in the base schedule.
