About the Position We are now seeking additional people who want to work as personal assistants for our client in Visby. The assignment involves a man in his 60s living in Visby, within the city walls. Do you have a sense of humor, positive energy, and are you a down-to-earth person who wants meaningful work? Then you've found the right place! Work hours are divided into two shorter shifts per day, approximately 2-3 hours each. One in the morning/forenoon and one in the evening. We therefore prefer that you live close to the client. The hours may suit you if you want to combine work with another job or studies. We welcome applications from those who want to work full-time, part-time, or as a substitute as needed. You will begin your employment on an hourly basis, but there is good potential for a fixed schedule if the personal fit between you and the client works well. As a personal assistant, you provide individually tailored support to a person with a disability in their daily life. Work is performed in the client's home and in other environments where the client spends time. Tasks vary based on the client's needs and may include personal care, support with daily routines, mobility assistance, and accompaniment to activities and errands. There is also the possibility of working with multiple clients, either within the same location or in different areas around Gotland. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has experience working as a personal assistant (experience is requested) Is responsible, attentive, and has a professional approach Is cheerful and positive Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Has the ability to work flexible hours Does not have a problem with cigarette smoke Great weight is placed on personal suitability and respect for the client's self-determination and integrity.
