We are seeking an experienced personal assistant with strong pedagogical skills. The person you will be assisting is a 26-year-old with autism and intellectual disabilities. He requires assistance with daily activities, communication, and engaging in meaningful activities. You need to be in good physical condition as he enjoys physical activity and goes on several long walks each day.
The work includes both joyful and challenging moments, as well as times when your role is to prevent and manage frustration and problematic situations. It is important to always be attentive to the individual's well-being and be adaptable in different environments. Assisting with interpreting, explaining, and mediating the surroundings is of great importance. This position also includes supporting him with all daily tasks.

• Be able to be resourceful and creative
• Remain calm in all situations
• Be able to write, understand, and speak Swedish fluently as daily documentation is required
