We are now seeking an engaged and considerate personal assistant for a 10-year-old boy with NPF, living in Stenungsund. You are a trustworthy, positive, and active person who easily builds confidence and relationships. You are attentive, stable, and have a genuine interest in working with children and young people. You speak fluent Swedish and are a non-smoker. We're looking for someone who is calm, patient, responsible, and flexible.
You have a B-category driver's license and feel comfortable driving, as the job involves accompanying the client to activities such as swimming, basketball, horseback riding, outings, and other leisure activities.
We're looking for you to be involved in the client's development, help the client discover new interests, and work pedagogically to strengthen the client's independence. For us, personal suitability and experience with autism are more important than formal education.
The work is performed in the client's home and involves becoming part of the family's daily life. Therefore, it is important that you have great respect for the family's privacy, demonstrate a professional approach, and understand the importance of confidentiality. We're looking for someone who sees the assignment as a great responsibility and has genuine commitment to making a difference in the client's everyday life.
About the Position
We are seeking substitutes for extra work. Working hours are scheduled during day, evening, and night on weekdays and weekends.
The work is based in Stenungsund but may also involve accompanying the client to activities outside the home.
