About Working as a Treatment Pedagogue: As a treatment pedagogue, you actively contribute to ensuring that the young people living with us receive the security, care, and treatment they need. You are a support in their daily lives and help ensure that everyday activities run smoothly—schooling, cleaning, cooking, and more. A central task is to be a positive role model for the young people and provide them with positive experiences from the adult world. In addition to treatment work, your duties include documentation and contributing to maintaining security according to our procedures.
