We need a substitute to cover staffing this summer and are looking for someone who is: Humble, cheerful, positive, proactive, flexible, and a bit fun-loving, and who enjoys working with a partner. Our working hours vary, and we're looking for someone who can work 24-hour shifts or 13-hour shifts. If you have the ability to step in and work awake nights occasionally, that's a big plus. A bit more about the workplace: Our daughter is in her 30s and lives in her own apartment at home on our farm in Östra Göinge Municipality. You need to have a car and driver's license to work for us as we live rurally, and you cannot be allergic to fur animals as animals are part of our daily life. Our daughter has a comprehensive functional disability and needs help with everything in her daily life. Your personality weighs more heavily than experience, and you will be offered the support you need to feel secure in your work. It is important to us that you are a thoughtful and attentive assistant, preferably a woman, who can interpret, communicate, and advocate for our daughter. You need to be able to plan and structure the day to make it as good as possible for our daughter. This can range from making exercise and transfers more enjoyable, to taking a walk with the stroller in the forest, to horseback riding and trips to day activities. Personal assistant is a service profession that places great demands on personal qualities. You must dare to take responsibility and have respect for personal integrity. You should be confident in yourself. Be flexible, sincere, and have great patience as well as be able to take your own initiative. Humor and good physical health are other valuable qualities. As a personal assistant, we expect you to be interested in and have an understanding of what good care is. Greatest weight is placed on personal suitability.
