About the Job Position: Temporary position of 20 hours per week through January 3, 2027. Start Date: September 7, 2026 or by agreement. Work Hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work. You Put the Finishing Touch on the Customer Experience You have the chance to make a big impression on our customers' visits, so you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This could mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude so the customer finds what they're looking for in the store. You make sure the customer leaves happy—and hopefully with an extra item in their bag and a good feeling! What Will You Do? Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are: Ensure customers leave the store with a smile (and maybe an extra item or new inspiration) Work the cash register and front store, including game sales and customer service Help with stocking merchandise and create a pleasant store environment Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we're a team and help wherever needed! Who Are You? You're a natural problem-solver who enjoys pace and energy. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are a given for you. Do you have a strong interest in food and selling products? Awesome! If you've worked in retail before—even better! We believe you: Have a high school education and speak and write Swedish fluently. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it's fantastic if you do too. Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaged. Enjoy doing things together and bring energy and joy. Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
