Your Responsibilities The role involves working in production overseeing and operating machinery equipment. You follow the production plan, monitor results, and ensure that any deviations are noted. You don't need to be an expert from day one. The most important thing is that you are reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn. If you have previous experience from the industrial sector, that's naturally a plus.
