Job Description We are looking for a cook who has the ability to fill in on an hourly basis during vacations, leave periods, or sick leave. We currently have three cooks in Hässleholm and one at our satellite facility in Höör (Karlsvik), and the work is primarily focused on Hässleholm where the need is greater, but you may be asked to also fill in at Karlsvik. Work in our kitchen involves ensuring that the institution's youth receive lunch and dinner prepared for 7 days a week, together with other kitchen staff. We have a full-scale commercial kitchen where all food preparation is performed. In kitchen work, you will, together with colleagues, in addition to preparing daily meals, pack goods and prepare items for orders to the departments. Preparing special diet meals, salad preparation, pre- and post-work in the kitchen including everything from planning and executing food preparation, dishwashing, and cleaning are also included. Duties also include self-inspection in accordance with applicable legislation. Qualifications Commercial kitchen training/cook training or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Experience from work in a kitchen/restaurant or food production.
