Transport Manager, Temporary Position, Staffanstorp Puls – Planerad Underhållsservice AB works with mapping, maintaining and servicing water and wastewater networks to ensure optimal function over time. About the Position As a Transport Manager within our Spool & Pipe Operations, you have overall responsibility for planning and coordinating daily operations in a proactive and efficient manner. Your focus is on ensuring a high level of service and building long-term customer relationships. The work includes receiving and handling orders via our customer portals, planning and distributing assignments to vehicles, and quickly and solution-oriented responding to operational disruptions. An important part of the role is operational back-office work. You are responsible for administration related to assignments, such as follow-up of completed work, documentation, reporting, updating cases in our systems and billing materials. You actively work with personnel planning and transport coordination taking into account both customer needs and the environment. The role involves many contact points, where a large part of your workday is characterized by communication with both customers and drivers, primarily via customer portals, phone and email. As a Transport Manager, you are a key person on the team and contribute to a structured and well-functioning flow from order to fully invoiced assignment. This position is a temporary assignment for 6 months starting immediately. Located in Staffanstorp. Experience and Qualifications We are looking for someone with completed upper secondary education combined with a few years of relevant work experience. You preferably have experience in transport management, traffic planning or other coordinating roles where logistics and real-time solutions have been central parts. You have good administrative skills and are experienced in working with digital systems and various portals. A Class B driver's license is required. It is meritious if you have worked in the transport management system T5, have previous experience in spool and pipe operations and possess knowledge of ADR.
