Procurement Officer/Order Administrator/Sales Assistant – Immediate Start

The role is varied and involves working with procurement, supporting the sales team, and helping with ongoing office administration. About the Role In this position, you will among other things: Handle procurement and related administration. Support the sales team in their daily work. Contribute with other administrative tasks and serve as backup for office staff. Take own initiative to find alternative procurement sources when needed. Who We're Looking For We are seeking someone with experience in similar work who thrives in a broad role where you can take responsibility and help out where needed. To succeed in this role, we believe you have: Experience in similar work within, for example, procurement, order administration, or sales support. Very good Swedish and English, both spoken and written. The ability to work independently and take own initiative. As a person, you are easygoing, positive, and unpretentious. You enjoy working as part of a team and readily contribute where needed. You are resourceful and see for yourself what needs to be done, for example by actively seeking alternative procurement sources. Since you will have an important role in daily operations, reliability and consistent attendance are important.
