JOB DUTIES You work with people who have intellectual disabilities, autism, or a neuropsychiatric diagnosis. In the residential setting, you provide users with support in their daily life including personal care, services such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and cultural and leisure activities. The role also includes pedagogical work with the user and ensuring their need for structure and routines is met. The work is based on respectful treatment and ensuring the user has influence over their daily life. You will use the pedagogical methods/tools the company employs, follow up on the support provided, collaborate and coordinate with the team and the participant's network, and document in our journal system, which is considered an important part of the role.
