We offer you: a varied job on the move together with a great group of colleagues opportunity to develop within CityMail in the long term close proximity to work We are looking for you who: are at least 18 years old have basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing enjoy physical work are comfortable operating vehicles you have a driver's license/permit for (bicycle, moped, car) It is an advantage if you have a B driver's license or a moped operator's permit. It is also an advantage if you have experience from similar work, but for us your background is not the most important thing. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and work attitude, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process. What does the workday look like? Operations are open on weekdays excluding holidays. Working hours are distributed between 07:00-16:30. The workday begins with preparation of today's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort today's mail and packages. Following that, delivery takes place within the area. We primarily use e-bikes during delivery but you may also use a car, moped, and regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day. When all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administration and preparation for tomorrow's work together with your colleagues. Employment Type This position is a so-called hourly employment where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work varying hours and scope, depending on the day and needs. We prefer that you are available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To give you the right conditions to succeed, employment begins with an introduction. Salary Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale is applied, for both permanent and hourly employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 (incl. 12% vacation compensation) which corresponds to 138 kr (excl. 12% vacation compensation).
