About Acceptio Acceptio works to create safe and stable environments for children and young people in need of support. We collaborate with foster families and other care providers to ensure that each child receives the care and guidance they need to develop and thrive. About the Role We are looking for dedicated contact persons with experience working with children and young people with neuropsychiatric conditions (NPC), such as ADHD and autism. As a contact person, you will become an important part of the child's daily life and support them in managing social situations, creating structure, and promoting independence. Responsibilities Be a stable and trustworthy adult in the child's or young person's life. Support the child in daily life with structure, routines, and social training. Participate in leisure activities and help the child develop their interests. Provide low-affect interactions and work with adapted strategies for NPC. Collaborate with foster families, schools, social services, and other stakeholders. Who We Are Looking For You have experience working with children and young people with NPC diagnoses, particularly autism and ADHD. You have knowledge of low-affect interactions and adapted educational methods. You are a stable and trustworthy adult with a strong ability to build relationships. You are patient, flexible, and have an understanding of individual needs. A driver's license is a merit but not a requirement.
