The Care and Social Services Administration is responsible for the municipality's elderly care and disability services, home healthcare, and catering. The Care and Social Services Administration has over 1,000 employees. The largest group consists of care personnel such as nursing assistants, personal assistants, nurses, and cooks. Job Duties As an instructor with a music focus, you have a creative and varied assignment where music is a central pedagogical tool. The role as instructor involves providing support and guidance to people in person categories 1 and 2 according to LSS within day activities. You are part of a work team where music is part of the daily activities. The work is based on LSS intentions about participation, self-determination, integrity, and continuity, with the goal of strengthening each participant's conditions to live as independent and meaningful a life as possible. The role includes, among other things: - Lead groups in singing and music and use instruments, rhythm, and music creation. - Adapt activities and your pedagogical approach according to the individual's needs and conditions. - Inspire and motivate participants to participate and create their own music. - Together with participants and colleagues, plan and carry out activities based on individual goals and needs. - Document completed interventions and contribute to developing the activities and music programs. The assignment also includes providing support and guidance in daily work and being part of a work team. Responsibility for participants with challenging behaviors occurs. Communication and documentation are central work tools in the activities. Care tasks may occur based on participants' support needs. Work at other workplaces within the administration may occur. Qualifications We are looking for you who have: - Documented knowledge of music through education, work experience, volunteer work, or other relevant experience. - Experience working within LSS, day activities, school, or other pedagogical activities. - Experience leading groups in singing and music. - Ability to play one or more instruments, such as piano or guitar. - Experience using music in pedagogical or activity-related work. - Very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. - Class B driver's license. Industrial Worker for Major Client

About the Position We are now recruiting industrial workers for both ongoing and upcoming assignments with our client in Ludvika. The workday can vary and include multiple different tasks depending on the department. Examples of work tasks include assembly, processing, material handling, machine monitoring, welding, packing, quality control, and testing. Forklift and overhead crane operation are common. The industrial worker position is a consulting assignment with a 6-month trial period but with the possibility of permanent employment for the right person. There are various shift arrangements within the operation, ranging from fixed day shifts and fixed night shifts to 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-shift rotations. Below is an example of the 5-shift schedule; other shift arrangements are structured similarly, with each shift period spanning one week.
