Skilled Cook Who Loves to Bake
We're looking for someone who is quick and precise, and doesn't cut corners no matter how rushed things get. You've worked as a cold kitchen assistant or kitchen aide for a while, or you believe you have what it takes to handle the pace in a stressful—but very fun—kitchen. For the right employee, this could become permanent work, but we're also looking for someone willing to work extra shifts and fill in occasionally. You'll be preparing appetizers and desserts, but also working with our café operations and preparing sandwiches, salads, and other delicacies. We need someone available for full-time work, but we can also arrange part-time hours if that works better for you. The job involves working both daytime and evening shifts during the week and on weekends. We are members of Visita and naturally follow all laws and regulations applicable to our industry.
Experienced Cook
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a kitchen where everything is made from scratch and where our passion for ingredients and food clearly shines through on the plate. Vejbystrand and Strandhugget are located right in the heart of Skåne's pantry, and we source our ingredients from the immediate vicinity of the restaurant. You know that kitchen work is demanding. We work hard, and that's why you also need to be able to enjoy yourself and have fun at work. You must therefore be a team player (clichéd, I know, but a requirement) who can both give and receive encouragement when things get hectic. You love presenting food beautifully, but you also understand the importance of making the most of every ingredient for kitchen economics. At Strandhugget we serve home-style cooking—Swedish, French, and sometimes Italian. We simply serve good food that many people enjoy. We are looking for someone who wants a permanent position with the opportunity to be part of developing Strandhugget into the year-round destination it should become. We are members of Visita and naturally follow the agreements and regulations that apply to the industry.
Experienced and Quick-Footed Service Staff

We're looking for experienced personnel who understand how important hospitality is and who are passionate about taking care of guests and providing excellent service. We also need you if you just want to work extra and fill in on weekends and evenings here and there. We're looking for someone who: Loves service and guest interactions Isn't afraid to pitch in where needed Enjoys pace, variety, and teamwork Spreads good energy (even when the line is long!) With us you'll get: Serve fantastic food Work with a sea view Great atmosphere and a wonderful team

About the Operation Within our Production business unit, we are responsible for operation, maintenance, and ongoing development and optimization of Öresundskraft's district heating production in Helsingborg and Ängelholm. We are in an exciting development phase with several major investment projects in control systems, automation, and facility engineering, while continuing to develop and improve our work methods and preventive maintenance. About the Position In your role as Maintenance Coordinator for Electrical & Instrumentation, you are responsible for your functional area, which means you plan, prepare, and lead/distribute work and conduct follow-ups together with our partners. In addition to work with daily operations, you will also participate in planning our recurring maintenance shutdowns and projects. About You To be successful and thrive in the position, we believe you have several years of experience with maintenance work (electrical & instrumentation) within power and heat production or within other complex process industries, alternatively maritime maintenance. You likely have a post-secondary technical education and/or equivalent work experience as an industrial electrician. Of course, you have good knowledge of electrical work below 1000 V and are experienced with systematic troubleshooting of, for example: instruments, systems, safety circuits, valve control, frequency converters, and control cabinets with associated automation. We expect you to have very good computer skills and prior experience with drawing interpretation, facility documentation, and handling work orders using a maintenance system, such as Idus. It is a merit if you have basic knowledge of any CAD tool and if you are familiar with automation control/PLC (Siemens S7) and/or DCS (ABB 800xA). In the role, you will need to have a driver's license (B) and we assume that you are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. To thrive and be successful in the role as Maintenance Coordinator, you need to be structured, proactive, flexible, and good at collaborating, both within the organization and with external partners. You also need to be able to see the bigger picture, understand a system, so that at the detail level you can find a practical solution. You are self-directed and enjoy when no two days are the same and when new challenges and re-prioritizations are more rule than exception. Of course, you are genuinely technically interested and have good problem-solving abilities. As an employee at Öresundskraft, you may be conscripted in accordance with total defense requirements. Since we conduct socially critical operations, background checks may be conducted prior to employment. We believe in the strength of diversity and see different perspectives and experiences as an important part of our success. With us, you can be yourself and contribute with your unique expertise.
