About the Job As we are in an expansion phase, we are now seeking a Freight Forwarder for our office in Hjärnarp who wants to be part of this journey. The work involves planning and coordinating logistics solutions together with colleagues, primarily consisting of domestic temperature-controlled long-distance transport. The ability to maintain good dialogue with colleagues and customers is essential. It's important that you can pitch your solutions to new customers, so you must be communicative. Among the tasks is therefore also follow-up work and monitoring of completed assignments. The position includes scheduled on-call duty and traffic control when needed. About You We are looking for someone who is responsible and has experience working in the industry, as you need a good understanding of the customer's operations and the driver's work situation. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and transporters. Optimize routes and processes to ensure cost-effective solutions. Manage the entire transport chain from order to delivery. Identify and leverage business opportunities through your network. Ensure that all documentation is correct and that laws and regulations are followed. Buy and sell transport services. Support traffic control when needed. We are Looking for Someone Who: Has a broad and established network within the transport and logistics industry. Is self-directed and experienced in working independently. Has experience in freight forwarding, preferably in international transport. Is solution-oriented, thorough, and has good communication skills. Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. If you speak multiple languages, that weighs heavily. Has experience working with administrative systems and handling freight documents. Experience with T5 is preferred. Likes developing new business and has a strong sense for buying and selling.
