Join Region Dalarna's EU-funded Med3Comp project and complete six months of clinical training, with language support and integration assistance available. Swedish language level B2 or higher is required, and a decision from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) confirming the need for clinical training must be attached. Med3Comp is an EU-funded project aimed at facilitating the validation process for specialist physicians trained outside the EU/EES and supporting both professional and social integration in Sweden. Participate in social orientation as part of your integration into Swedish society. About the Operations Future Operating Care at Falun Hospital Day surgery at Falun Hospital has a strong focus on developing and improving operations. We perform approximately 3,000 operations annually. Thanks to advances in anesthesia methods and surgical techniques, we can now perform more and more advanced procedures as day surgery, and development is happening rapidly. Frisörcentrum is a hairdressing school in central Falun. The school was founded in 1992 and is therefore the oldest adult hairdressing education in the country. The school has educated approximately 1100 students to obtain their Journeyman Certificate and License. Today, the school offers municipal adult education as well as private admission. About the Client A cheerful man in his 30s living in central Rättvik. He has cerebral palsy and receives assistance from morning to evening. He enjoys taking walks, listening to music, attending hockey games, and going to the gym a few days a week. The Position We are now seeking substitute caregivers who can step in on short notice when regular staff are unavailable. It is important that you can respond quickly to short-notice assignments and have a strong work ethic. It is an advantage if you have another job and see this as a complement to your primary employment. As an applicant, you should be available several days a week in case of urgent staffing needs. We prefer that you hold a valid driver's license (B-class). Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who enjoys actively working to ensure the client has a satisfying life.
