Job Responsibilities
Are you a specialist physician educated outside the EU/EES? Join Region Dalarna's EU-funded Med3Comp project and complete six months of clinical training, with language support and integration assistance available.
Swedish language level B2 or higher is required, and a decision from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) confirming the need for clinical training must be attached.
Med3Comp is an EU-funded project aimed at facilitating the validation process for specialist physicians trained outside the EU/EES and supporting both professional and social integration in Sweden.
As a program participant, you will:
Participate in clinical practice for 6 months of practical training.
Receive language support as needed.
Participate in social orientation as part of your integration into Swedish society.
Receive assistance with practical matters such as work permits, housing, and schools for you and any accompanying family members.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
Has received a decision from Socialstyrelsen to complete clinical training.
Has Swedish language skills at minimum level B2, which we assess as sufficient for clinical training.
Is a specialist physician.
IMPORTANT: We cannot process applications that do not include the decision regarding clinical training.
Personal Qualities:
It is important that you work well with others, are attentive, and have good interactions with patients and colleagues. You organize and prioritize your work efficiently. Selection for the project is based on Region Dalarna's current need for specialist physicians. For example, if a health center is seeking a specialist physician in general medicine, this specialty will be prioritized in the selection of applications. However, it is crucial that all requirements and personal qualities are met.
