Frisörcentrum is a hairdressing school in central Falun. The school was founded in 1992 and is therefore the oldest adult hairdressing education in the country. The school has educated approximately 1100 students to obtain their Journeyman Certificate and License. Today, the school offers municipal adult education as well as private admission. We are a small operation with a total of two classes with a maximum of 16 students from all over Sweden. Today we have three employees and one consultant. 100% of our students are satisfied with the education and can recommend it to others. Frisörcentrum is one of few approved educations by the industry. The operation is also quality assured according to the industry organization Utbildningsföretagen. Frisörcentrum's model is based on our guiding star: that we are the obvious choice in the hairdressing industry. All employees at the school have at least a Journeyman Certificate, License, and teaching certification. The staff has a strong assignment focus. We constantly work to develop and deliver high-quality education. The primary goal is to get all students qualified in Licenses A and B. We are now seeking a hairdressing instructor for our operation in Falun. Maybe that's you? Your Assignment Teaching in various hairdressing subjects in the education program on a 40-60% position. The work also includes preparation and follow-up as well as participation in staff meetings. Part of the teaching will include model and client days, which means you will sometimes teach together with a colleague. This is a perfect opportunity for you if you want to advance but still want to maintain a foot in the hairdressing profession. Your Profile First and foremost, we are looking for someone who is trained as a vocational instructor or is interested in training to become an instructor. You should have solid experience in the hairdressing industry and have had journeyman qualifications for at least 5 years. We would also like to see that you are creative, inspiring, and driven to develop yourself and others. For us, it is important that you fit the team, which is why we will also place emphasis on personal qualities. Other The position is a permanent employment at 40-60%. Start date October 1, 2026 or earlier by agreement. Salary according to collective agreement.
