Head of Customer Success at Lingio // Stockholm

We are seeking a Head of Customer Success for our fast-growing AI tech company. At Lingio, we develop accessible and effective language education with innovative methods such as gamification, micro-learning, and AI. We are driven by the conviction that language is one of the most important keys to integration, inclusion, and personal development. Now we are looking for you who want to be part of changing how people learn languages, strengthen their skills, and open doors to new opportunities. Welcome to Lingio – where business, innovation, and real social impact go hand in hand. About the role Here you have the opportunity to lead one of Lingio's most important functions. The foundation exists, but we are far from finished; the goal is to build a world-class Customer Success function that drives customer value, retention, and long-term growth. You will have management responsibility for a team of three people, with plans to grow during the year. The role is about smart segmentation, efficient working methods, clear KPIs, and a customer journey that delivers results. Our customers range from municipalities and regions to private companies of various sizes, which means that decision-making processes, contract structures, and success factors differ. Although your main focus is on developing the team and function, you are comfortable being close to customers and are happy to pitch in where your experience and expertise make the biggest difference for both the team and customers. You work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to develop the customer journey, increase usage, and turn customer insights into real value. The Customer Success team's focus is on delivery, while expansion and contract renewals are driven in close collaboration with our Strategic Account Manager who has commercial responsibility. We are looking for you who... ...have built up solid experience in Customer Success and today feel confident leading both people and operations. You are naturally curious and driven to understand customers' operations, goals, and challenges in depth. By combining business understanding with a strong customer focus, you identify opportunities that create value for both the customer and Lingio over time. With a data-driven approach, you make decisions based on insights rather than gut feeling. The combination of strategic development work and operational engagement suits you well, and you see the value in being close to the operation while driving it forward. Developing people and creating conditions for your team's success is a natural part of your leadership. You are clear, coaching, and unpretentious, and have the ability to help others grow through trust, expectations, and support. 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar in B2B at growth companies At least 2–3 years of experience in a leadership role with personnel and salary responsibility Experience working with companies and municipalities, regions, or other public sector organizations Experience working data-driven and monitoring KPIs such as GRR, NRR, and customer engagement Interest in AI and how new technology can be used to develop working methods, customer experience, and team efficiency Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing About Lingio Lingio is a fast-growing edtech company with approximately 30 employees and a clear mission: to make language learning and skills development simple, effective, and inclusive. Then this could be your next step with us at Frank Projektpartner, a consulting firm in the construction and real estate sector! About Us We currently have over 70 employees working in Stockholm and the Mälardalen region. We love meeting people, building relationships, and being present in what we do. That applies both to our projects and internally. Head of Sales at Lingio // Stockholm

We are looking for a Head of Sales to join our fast-growing AI tech company. At Lingio, we develop accessible and effective language education using methods such as gamification, micro-learning, and AI. We are driven by the conviction that language is one of the most important keys to integration, inclusion, and personal development. Now we are looking for you who want to be part of transforming how people learn languages, strengthen their skills, and open doors to new opportunities. Welcome to Lingio – where business, innovation, and real social impact go hand in hand. About the Role Here you get the opportunity to lead one of Lingio's most important functions. The foundation is in place, the team is experienced, and the ambitions are high. The goal now is to take the next step and further develop the sales organization to create scalable and long-term growth. You lead a team of four senior Account Executives and three SDRs and have overall responsibility for both New Sales and Account Management – from winning new customers to developing existing ones through upsell and creating the right conditions for long-term customer relationships and renewals. As Head of Sales, you are both operational and strategic. You set direction, develop ways of working, and create the conditions for skilled salespeople to become even better. At the same time, you lead closely with the business. When a strategically important customer needs to be won, the potential in an existing customer needs to be realized, or a new market is opening, you step in. Our customers are found in both municipalities and regions as well as private companies, which means different decision-making processes, sales cycles, and ways of doing business. Your experience in the public sector means you understand its pace and complexity and know how to navigate that world with both patience and business drive. You are also part of Lingio's management team, working closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to develop the entire customer journey and create growth in both new and existing customers. Your gaze is also directed forward – toward new verticals and the opportunity to eventually take Lingio to more countries and markets. We are looking for you who... ...have sales in your blood but see the bigger picture. You have made the journey yourself, know what it takes to win complex deals, and have proven that you can help others succeed with the same thing. And of course, there is still that strong satisfaction in getting a really good deal across the finish line. You come from a B2B SaaS environment where structure, methodology, and follow-up are an integral part of sales. You understand funnel, pipeline, and revenue, but above all the people behind the numbers. With a data-driven approach, you see what works, what needs to change, and where your team's time makes the biggest difference. As a leader, you are confident in leading and developing salespeople with different experiences, drives, and needs. You adapt your leadership to both the individual and the situation without micromanaging. You build trust by contributing, challenging, and rolling up your sleeves yourself when needed. You handle a fast pace and changing circumstances with calm, a solution-focused approach, and the ability to drive both yourself and your team forward. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in B2B sales in a SaaS environment At least 5 years of experience as Head of Sales or equivalent leadership role with personnel and salary-setting responsibility Previous experience managing your own sales budget of at least 5 MSEK ARR per year Experience driving complex deals with long sales cycles and senior decision-makers Experience working with companies and municipalities, regions, or other public sector organizations Strong business and revenue understanding and experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing Experience working data-driven, setting and following up on KPIs Interest in AI and how new technology can be used to develop ways of working, customer experience, and team efficiency Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written About Lingio Lingio is a fast-growing edtech company with approximately 30 employees and a clear mission: to make language learning and skills development simple, effective, and inclusive. Operational CEO with Entrepreneurial Spirit at Fordonskammaren

Job Description Not all CEO roles look the same. At Fordonskammaren, you'll get a broad and business-focused assignment where strategic leadership goes hand in hand with close involvement in daily operations. You lead through presence, build long-term relationships, and create conditions for continued growth. As Chief Executive Officer, you'll have overall responsibility for Fordonskammaren's operations. You'll lead an experienced team while driving the business forward together with the board and the Norwegian owners. You work close to operations every day. One day you meet with a municipality to discuss an upcoming assignment. The next day you work on pricing for an auction, follow up on finances, or plan new business opportunities together with Stadssalg. You're also actively involved in day-to-day operational work. The role can therefore best be described as an operational CEO position with broad business, operational, and results responsibility. Your assignment includes, among other things: - Holding overall results, budget, and operational responsibility with a focus on profitability, growth, and business development. - Drive the continued establishment and development of operations in Sweden by, together with Stadssalg, developing new business channels, strengthening cooperation with authorities, municipalities, and companies. - Develop the business by identifying new opportunities, increasing auction volumes, establishing new working methods. - Responsibility for pricing, commercial decisions, and monitoring of finances, results, and operational profitability. - Lead, coach, and develop the organization in line with company growth and ensure efficient operations with high quality. - Build long-term customer relationships, develop existing business, and take responsibility for public procurement and other strategically important business opportunities. - Actively involved in day-to-day operations. Your Profile We're not necessarily looking for someone with documented previous experience as a Chief Executive Officer. You could just as easily have built your experience in another leadership role—perhaps you have documented experience as an operations manager, business manager, regional manager, business area manager, or another leadership position with full results and operational responsibility. You likely have experience driving and developing a business where you've combined business responsibility, finance, sales, and leadership with clear operational engagement. Experience from the automotive industry is highly desirable but not required. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: - Experience with results, budget, and operational responsibility. - Good financial understanding and ability to analyze income statements and balance sheets. - Experience in sales, business development, and creating profitable growth. - Experience leading, developing, and engaging employees. - Ability to work independently and make business decisions. - Experience working in a small or medium-sized organization where decision-making paths are short. - Class B driver's license. - Excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. We place great importance on your personal qualities. You are a down-to-earth and unpretentious leader who builds trust through presence, clarity, and commitment. You thrive best out in operations and lead by being a role model for your employees. As a person, you are business-minded, proactive, and responsible. You see opportunities, drive development, and have the ability to turn ideas into concrete results. At the same time, you have a strategic perspective and can look beyond the immediate to the business's long-term development without losing focus on daily operations. About the Company Fordonskammaren was founded in 1983 and is Sweden's oldest vehicle auction house. Since its inception, the company has built a strong market position and is today an appreciated partner to authorities, municipalities, government operations, and companies throughout Sweden. The business model is as simple as it is successful. Fordonskammaren sells vehicles on commission and never owns inventory itself. This means cost-effective operations with strong profitability, good liquidity, and very low business risk. Today, the company sells approximately 1,500–2,000 items per year, and around 95 percent of assignments come from the public sector. Since 2025, Fordonskammaren is part of Norwegian Stadssalg AS – Norway's largest auction house. Together, the companies are embarking on an exciting Nordic growth journey where Sweden becomes an important part of continued expansion. The position is located at Fordonskammaren's facility in Arlandastad. The role is based on present leadership and requires daily physical presence. Therefore, we'd prefer that you live in northern Stockholm or nearby areas. Contact Information In this recruitment, Fordonskammaren is working with Autoexecutive. Questions about the position are answered by responsible recruiter Ulrika Thorstrand. Background checks will be conducted on final candidates as a natural part of the recruitment process. Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis, so please submit your application as soon as possible. We look forward to your application!
