About the Role As Group Manager with us, you combine leadership with operational project management. You have personnel responsibility for a group of approximately 10 employees, where you are responsible for their development, performance, and work environment. You ensure the group is properly staffed and has the conditions to deliver in their assignments. At the same time, you drive your own projects with full responsibility for implementation, finances, quality, and customer relationships. It is in the projects where you spend most of your time and where you create value, both for the customer and for us. You work closely with the business manager, to whom you report, and together with the group's project leaders you drive planning, follow-up, and project development. Your main responsibilities: - Drive and take responsibility for projects within house construction - Ensure quality, finances, delivery, and customer satisfaction - Personnel responsibility including employee conversations, salary reviews, competence development, and work environment issues - Oversee resource planning, staffing, and utilization - Follow up and report financial results - Review and approve supplier invoices - Build and develop long-term customer relationships - Contribute to business development and team performance About You You are confident in your role as a project manager and experienced in taking responsibility for both results and relationships. You drive your projects forward, make decisions, and ensure delivery is maintained throughout. At the same time, you thrive in an environment where collaboration is crucial. You share your knowledge, ask questions when you need to, and contribute to a climate where others do the same. You are direct in your communication, humble and unpretentious in your approach. You build trust with both clients and your team, and are motivated by seeing others develop. - 5+ years of experience as an independent project manager within construction - Relevant education in construction or engineering - Experience from consulting and/or client-side - Valid driver's license and access to your own car - Fluent communication in Swedish, both spoken and written - Previous experience leading others is a merit Why Frank Projektpartner?
