Your Responsibilities As a master in IT, you will work with first-line support at one of Centric's exciting customers in Stockholm. Your tasks will naturally vary depending on which customer you end up with, but rest assured – we guarantee you a rewarding and fun assignment! If you have completed an upper secondary IT education, that's a plus. As an IT consultant, we appreciate that you are service-minded, humble, and great at solving a wide range of IT problems. Required Qualifications · At least six months of work experience in the service desk field · Experience working in a Windows environment · Experience working with Active Directory · Experience with troubleshooting and application installation · Fluent in Swedish and English – both spoken and written!
